What could two days together set in motion?

We’ll begin with Reflection, looking beyond the referral to see the whole young person—and taking a fresh look at our own practices. Through Restoration, we’ll explore how understanding becomes meaningful accountability, repair, and stronger relationships. Then we’ll turn toward Resilience, asking what we can build around young people so they have the connections and opportunities to thrive.

A conversation that changes your perspective. An approach you’re eager to try. A connection with someone who understands the challenge you’ve been working through.

Join people from across all six New England states to explore what’s possible when we bring our experiences, questions, and ideas together.

Bring your curiosity. Find your way into the conversation.

Dive into a learning lab, exchange ideas in a breakout session, hear a perspective that stays with you, or pause to let something sink in. With opportunities for hands-on learning, creativity, connection, and recharging, there’s room to participate in the way that works for you.

Come with something on your mind. Leave with something you can put into motion.
